OCEAN 6 – an oasis in the heart of Playa del Inglés. Located on the 6th floor of the KOKA apartment building, renovated in 2019, you'll enjoy fantastic views, a light-filled living and dining room, and a large private terrace. We completely renovated and refurnished the apartment in 2024. Open the entire window front, and the indoor and outdoor spaces merge seamlessly into a spacious and incredibly comfortable apartment. The open-plan kitchen offers everything you need: state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of space for cooking.

A long hallway leads to the beautiful bathroom with a rain shower and washing machine. The bedroom features a large wardrobe and a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, topper, and various pillows.

OCEAN 6 is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés. The location is perfect: the Atlantic Ocean is within easy reach – you can walk to the beautiful, seemingly endless beach of Playa del Inglés in less than 10 minutes. The promenade offers everything you could want on vacation: restaurants, cafés, and shops. And on the beach, you can book one of countless sun loungers. If you prefer something a little quieter, just walk a little further. You can relax wonderfully among the dunes and natural beach.

Within easy reach of KOKA you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, beach cafes, and bars. And the nightlife is just a stone's throw away. We're happy to give you tips for your perfect holiday.
